Athlete/Parent to Do List
- Review Parent Night Presentation if you were unable to attend.
- Complete Your Register My Athlete Profile Due October 30th
- Cedar City Paperwork - Medical page must be notarized & I need a copy of the front/back of the insurance card. Due November 3rd
- Pay Participation Fee
- Collect Clothes for the November 18th Clothing Drive

Eligibility Information
- A student must be enrolled as a full time student.
- Can only have 1 F, Incomplete, or NG per quarter and the GPA must be above a 2.0.
- No Grade Replacements or teacher grade changes after the term will be accepted during the school year.

Lettering Requirements
- Score at least 1 point for the team during the season.
- Swim in all of the swim meets (unless excused prior and meet the 90% requirement).
- Attend at least 80% of practices.
- Maintain academic eligibility.
