This is Part 1 of the NHS New Member Application. Applications for the 2026-2027 school year will be open from 6 April 2026 - 24 April 2026. Existing members do not need to reapply.

The NHS Application Teacher Questionnaire is Part 2 of the application process for prospective members. Students who are applying for the 2025-2026 school year need to have ONE teacher/coach fill out this questionnaire for them. Make sure to discuss this with the teacher or coach before sending them the link.

This is Part 3 of the NHS New Member Application. Prospective members need to use this link to access the Class Companion program where they will respond to the essay prompt. The Join Code for the course is 6a43157.
