Happy UCAW and thank you for your participation in class the past few days. We hope that you have been able to work through (or complete!) a number of applications this week, whether it be FAFSA or applying to colleges.
In regards to college applications, we have some BIG NEWS. Utah Valley University has provided us with a code that will allow you to apply to their university, for FREE. This is something that has never been done before, so we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.

We also encourage you to continue using the other fee waivers and codes that have already been offered by the various universities across the state.

You are invited to the FAFSA Night Open House on October 14th, from 5-8pm in the Media Center for help filling out your FAFSA form. This is a great opportunity to have help while applying for FAFSA. If you plan on attending, please be sure to have created an FSA ID for both you and your student, and bring any other necessary materials (SSN, 2020 Tax Documents, etc).
To create an FSA ID, go to studentaid.gov and create an account. You will need your Social Security Number, Full Name and Birth Date. Both you and your student will need to create an FSA ID to ensure that your application process is as simple as possible. Be sure to make note of your FSA ID user login information, as you will be using this for your FAFSA application.
