SOPHOMORE ORIENTATION AGENDA - March 6th

Freshman Students and Parents;
                                                                           
Welcome Class of 2026 to Copper Hills High School!  We are excited to meet our incoming Sophomore class and their parents.  We invite you to attend Sophomore Orientation on March 6, 2023, to explore the many opportunities and programs available to our Grizzlies and to learn about scheduling classes for next year.  Due to the number of incoming Sophomores, it is necessary to hold 2 orientation sessions.  We invite you to join us at the time specified for you by your last name or specific need, as outlined below.


SOPHOMORE ORIENTATION AGENDA

Group 1 (M-Z) 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Main Doors for Group 1 Open at 5:00 PM, Main Doors for Group 1 close promptly at 5:50 PM to allow patrons enough time to visit the Opportunity Fair, meet your Counselor and be in your seat for the Information Assembly by 5:55 PM
Schedule of events
5:00 PM – 5:55 PM Weave through the Opportunity Fair (Large Gym)
5:00 PM – 5:55 PM Meet your Counselor (Small Gym)
5:55 PM – Be in your seat for the Information Assembly (Auditorium)
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM Information Assembly – Elections, Concurrent Enrollment, Advanced Placement, Honors, Sterling Scholar Registration
- The PTSA will be selling Spirit Wear in the Commons
- If you are not able to attend your assigned session, please feel free to attend the other session.

** 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM English Language Learner Meeting - Media Center **


Group 2 (A-L and Special Education/English Language Learner Patrons) 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
